Basically to get your Tapo Camera connected to home assistant:
Go to your camera on the Tapo App, Storage & Recording -> Local Recording -> off.
Try again, the ONVIF port seems to be 2020. If that doesn't help, try removing the SD card and rebooting, or disabling the tapo care stuff...
